CHIP TRANSFERS

The only allowed method for transferring chips between users is by using the "Send chips" button. Losing hands on purpose to transfer chips to a friend (or yourself on another account) is a violation of our Terms of Service and is strongly enforced through account suspensions and/or banning.

MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS

You are allowed 1 account per social network (for example native Pokerist club and Facebook accounts). In addition, you cannot use multiple accounts to try to accumulate free chips (chip farming). This behavior is easily detected and will result in all your accounts being suspended and/or banned.

CHIP FARMING / SCRIPTING

Acquiring chips through any means other than fair play or purchase through the application is prohibited. Violation of this term will result in your account(s) being suspended and/or banned.

OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE

Users are strongly encouraged to avoid language which may be offensive to other users. This includes but is not necessarily limited to: profanity, racism, religious discrimination, explicit or excessive sexual references, and inappropriate references to illegal drugs and their use.

Censoring inappropriate language, e.g. replacing vowels with symbols, does not necessarily make it more permissible and should also be avoided. 

Offensive language will receive a maximum of two official warnings. Repeated offenders may receive bans varying in duration from two days to a week. Extended or permanent bans may be administered should offenses persist. 

Accounts with offensive usernames are subject to be banned and deadlocked on sight. Consciously making an offensive username is against the rules and will not be tolerated. This can be done at any time, so you are advised to not test your luck.

Rule of thumb: if you think it might be offensive, it probably is.

AVATARS

User-pictures are also subject to moderation. Inappropriate user-pictures include pictures: 

- Of sexual nature

- Containing swear words

- Depicting racism of any kind

- Harassing other users (see harassment)

The administration reserves the right to deem user-pictures inappropriate even when not falling under any of the above categories. 

Failure to comply with requests to remove user-pictures or nindos will result in forced removal and bans.

HARRASSMENT

Harassment, trolling, or otherwise pestering a user is not allowed. Bans will be issued if valid proof is present.

LEVEL AND EXPERIENCE

Actions like playing a hand, winning a hand and some others will award experience points. As these points accumulate the player raises his level and other players can see his experience level.

The levels range from 1 through 100.
