Your access to and use of the Site, including your order of product(s) through the Site, is governed by the Reebonz online terms and conditions under the heading ÒShop with UsÓ (ÒReebonz Online TermsÓ). ÒSiteÓ means http://www.reebonz.com

If you place an order for product(s) for purchase on lay-by, the terms and conditions set out in this Reebonz Lay-By Terms & Conditions (ÒReebonz Lay-By TermsÓ) will apply to that order.

To the extent that there is any inconsistency between the Reebonz Online Terms and Conditions and this Reebonz Lay-By Terms, the terms and conditions set out in this Reebonz Lay-By Terms shall prevail.

Lay-by orders cannot be extended over 3 months from the date payment of deposit is made to Reebonz.

Any order placed through this Site to purchase product(s) on lay-by is an offer by you to purchase the product(s) on lay-by for the price confirmed at the time you place the order, on the terms and conditions set out in this Reebonz Lay-By Terms.

A minimum deposit of 20% of the total selling price of the product(s) is required at the time the lay-by order is placed. After which, your order will be reserved for a period no longer than 3 months from the date deposit is made to Reebonz and cannot be changed. You acknowledge and agree that Reebonz reserves all rights to vary the price(s) of product(s) of the same style and design as your product(s) at any time during the lay-by period.

All product(s) prices are final upon placement of your order and no discounts are applicable to all lay-by orders .

Your product(s) will be delivered to the address within (up to 7) business days from the final payment date (ÒFinal Payment DateÓ) set out in the confirmation order from sent by Reebonz to you upon confirmation of your lay-by order, unless otherwise specified.

Your lay-by order can be cancelled at any time up to the Final Payment Date. Please refer to our Lay-by cancellation policy.

Lay-by option is only available to residents in Australia .

Payments

General payment terms

Payment must be made by way of internet bank transfer into an account nominated by Reebonz. You will be notified of the payment instructions for your first deposit upon confirmation of your order. Please follow these details carefully and make your deposit within 2 hours of confirming your order. Once payment has been made, please make sure that proof of transfer (screenshot, reference number) has been emailed to us at layby@reebonz.com.

If any notification of payment has not been received within 2 hours of the confirmation of the order, Reebonz reserves the right to cancel the layby order without notifying the customer.

Payments for the lay-by order must be made fortnightly, with the first installment due 2 weeks from the date the order is placed. Please take note that the the first installment does not refer to the deposit which should be made within two hours of confirmation of the order.

An invoice will be sent to your stated e-mail address as a reminder before the due date of each payment.

A receipt will be sent to your stated e-mail address (within 2) business days after each payment has been received by Reebonz.

Commencement of Payment

Once your lay-by order is confirmed and payment of deposit is made to Reebonz, the first payment will be due 2 weeks from the date your order was placed.

Frequency of payment

Following the first payment made to Reebonz, subsequent payments must thereafter be made fortnightly until payment in full for the product(s) is received by Reebonz for your lay-by order. The date of each subsequent payment will be set out in the lay-by order confirmation sent by Reebonz to your email address upon confirmation of your lay-by order (ÒPayment ScheduleÓ).

Payment breakdown

This lay-by option will consist of 5 equal payments of 20%. Following payment of the 20% deposit, each subsequent payment will comprise 4 fortnightly payments at 20% of the remaining total selling price of the product(s). You will be entitled to repay the remaining total selling price of the product(s) at any time during the lay-by period.

Default in Payments

If you fail to pay the amount due on the payment date specified in the Payment Schedule, we will email you with an updated payment schedule. If you miss (3) consecutive payments we will notify you and if we do not receive any reply from you within 3 days, we will cancel your lay-by order. Please refer to the lay-by cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your lay-by order at no charge if your deposit has not been made to Reebonz.

Please inform our Reebonz representative (e-mail: layby@reebonz.com stating your order number) if you wish to cancel your lay by order at any time.

A lay-by can be cancelled at any point of time even after the deposit payment has been made however the 20% deposit is payable as a cancellation fee.

We will refund all the installment amounts paid by you up to the date of cancellation of your lay-by order, such amounts will be refunded into your nominated bank account within a reasonable time following the date of cancellation of your lay-by order.

Failure to complete payments in the specified time makes the goods and the 20% deposit liable for forfeiture.

Your lay-by order cannot be cancelled once payment in full has been made.

We may cancel any lay-by order, without any liability to you for that cancellation, at any time if:

(a) you have breached a term of this Reebonz Lay-By Terms (including any term of the Reebonz Online Terms not excluded by these Reebonz Lay-By Terms); or

(b) Reebonz is no longer engaged in trade or commerce.

If we cancel your lay-by order, we will endeavour to provide you with reasonable notice of that cancellation and will refund to you all the amounts paid by you for the product(s) less the deposit made to Reebonz.

Returns

We will gladly replace items or reimburse you should a product be damaged in transit and in accordance with our legal responsibilities as a merchant. Reebonz takes special effort in making sure all your items are delivered in the best condition possible. We are, however, unable to accept returns for other reasons such as if you have changed your mind or have made an incorrect choice about the product and no longer wish to keep it. Returns & Exchange

What is the return policy?

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. For incorrect or defective items shipped, we have a 14 day return policy upon receipt of order by the customer, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Item must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty

cards, manuals, and all accessories. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact.

Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack have to be returned as a whole set.

There will be no returns for intimates, undergarments and beauty products due to hygiene reasons.

This return policy does not apply to items which have been stated as Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable on Reebonz.com.

All returns will be reviewed first by Reebonz.com and we reserve the right, at our sole discretion to do any of the following:

Replacing the product with a new item of the same design and model, or

Full refund in Reebonz credits, or

Refund in cash less all shipping and administrative fees.

How do I return an item?

For all return requests, please email us at concierge@reebonz.com, include your contact details, Order ID and the reason for return. Alternatively, you can reach us at our Concierge Hotline at 1800-100-233 (11am-7pm, Monday to Fridays). We will inform you once the item has been received and proceed with the refund if applicable.

Our Liability

(1) Subject to Clause (2), we exclude all implied terms and warranties whether statutory or otherwise, relating to the Site or the subject matter of these terms. You acknowledge that the Site is provided "as is" and that we do not make any warranty or representation as to the suitability of the Site or a product for any purpose.

(2) To the extent permitted by law and subject to Clause (5) and any rights to which you may be entitled under our Returns Policy, our liability to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the supply of goods or service under these Terms, your use of the Site or any breach by us of these Terms however arising (whether for breach of the terms of these Terms, tort (including negligence), statute, equity otherwise at common law or on any other basis) is limited to one of the following remedies (at our option):

In the case of goods: the replacement of the goods, the supply of equivalent goods, the repair of the goods; the payment of the cost of replacing the goods (or of acquiring equivalent goods), or the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired.

(3) Our liability to you for loss or damage of any kind arising out of these terms or in connection with the relationship established by it is reduced to the extent (if any) that you cause or contribute to the loss or damage. This reduction applies whether our liability is in contract, tort (including negligence), under any statute or otherwise.

(4) Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to have the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying:

(a) the application of all or any of the provisions of Part 5-4 of Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (the ACL); or

(b) the exercise of a right conferred by such a provision; or

3-2 of the ACL to a supply of goods or services.

How much is shipping?

Free shipping is the name of the game when you shop at Reebonz! The price you see listed is the price you will pay at check out. There are no additional fees or charges levied.

How many days will shipping take?

Within 3 working days for most events, unless otherwise stated in the product description of that item.

When do you deliver?

We deliver Monday to Friday

9am to 1pm local time

2pm to 6pm local time

7.30pm to 10pm local time

Saturday and Sunday 9am to 6pm

Why is the country I am staying in not in the shipping list?

Lay by option is only available in Australia.

Packing

International Orders

Your order will be delivered in Reebonz luxurious black box with our signature gold ribbon -- a present, waiting to unveil the surprise within!

However, shoes, accessories and small leather goods will be delivered in their original designer packaging, protected by storage satchels provided by the courier company.

Reebonz is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to this site (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy applies to the Site. This Privacy Policy does not apply to other web sites to which we link. You agree that your use of the Site signifies your assent to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site.

Information Collected

In order to access this Site, you must first complete the registration process. During the registration process, we collect personal information such as your name and email address. Once you complete and submit your registration, you have opted in to receive email communication from us.

We also collect personal information when you choose to use certain other features of the Site, such as making purchases or electing to receive text messages about upcoming events or promotions.

We use personally identifiable information in order to give you a more enjoyable, convenient shopping experience and to help us identify and/or provide information, products or services that may be of interest to you. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable or other information you choose to submit in these forums.

We will take commercially reasonable steps to implement your opt-out requests promptly, but you may still receive communications from us for up to ten business days as we process your request.

While we make efforts to accommodate requests to restrict our use of your information, we reserve the right to delete all or any portion of customer information if we are not able to reasonably accommodate a requested restriction.

Children's Privacy and Parental Controls

We do not solicit any personal information from children. If you are not 18 or older, you are not authorized to use the Site. Parents should be aware that there are parental control tools available online that you can use to prevent your children from submitting information online without parental permission or from accessing material that is harmful to minors.

If we decide to change our Privacy Policy for the Site, we will post the revised Privacy Policy here so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information and whether we may disclose it to anyone.
