When you change the background of the home screen, elements of the iOS system will change to match the colors.
This includes the dialer and other parts of iOS 7.
iOS 7 also has a hidden easter egg which only works on the iPad 3, so if you have a iPad 3 or later running iOS 7 you can head over to:
Go to: Settings > Brightness and Wallpaper > Change Background and choose any panoramic image to set it as a lock screen wallpaper.
Then the image moves slightly around
The parallax effect creates a sense of dimension by putting your Home screen icons onto a layer separate from your background image.
To stop this effect just go to: Setting > General > Accessibility > Reduce Motion > turn Reduce Motion OFF
The iOS 7 Clock icon shows the current time, complete with moving second hand, so you can see the clock ticking by the second.
Notification Center, like all of iOS 7, is built on a new physics engine so it behaves more like a real–world object.
It has velocity and collision detection, so if you slam it down, it’ll bounce!
The Calendar Icon shows the right date
